Provider Automated System Information available to providers quickly and efficiently

Take advantage of our speech-enabled Provider Automated System, an enhanced phone service that can be used to complete common administrative tasks, such as:

  • member eligibility
  • claims status
  • authorizations
  • referrals
  • encounter submissions

The Provider Automated System allows you to either speak your responses or enter them using your telephone keypad. Within minutes, you can submit and obtain information for your patients without waiting on hold for a customer service representative.
