Our approach integrates behavioral and physical health, taking a member’s whole health and equitable access to care into account. This helps improve outcomes and address gaps in care.
We offer many services that help members find the right support, including:
A robust network of behavioral health providers
Customer Care Advocates
Members can call the number on the back of their ID card under Mental Health/Substance Abuse to reach specially-trained Customer Care Advocates who can screen them for behavioral health conditions, as well as connect them to care that best suits their unique needs.
Behavioral Health Case Managers
These registered nurses, licensed social workers, and licensed professional counselors specialize in a variety of areas, including the comprehensive health care needs around behavioral health. Members can reach them 24/7 by calling the number on the back of their ID card under Mental Health/Substance Abuse.
Licensed clinical triage staff are available for the following:
- Clinical assessment
- In-the-moment support
- Crisis management
- Rapid navigation to the right provider
- Connection to longitudinal Case Management for ongoing services
Public health campaigns: Know Your Mind and #mindPHL
The Know Your Mind and #mindPHL public awareness campaigns help educate the community about mental health and offer free resources and programs.
