The Fracture Risk Assessment Tool tool has been developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) to evaluate fracture risk of patients. Use the “Calculation Tool” found in the drop-down menu located at the top of the page. Note: You will be able to choose one of four U.S. tools, including specialized tools for patients of Caucasian, African American, Hispanic, and Asian ethnicities.

Resources for primary care physicians

The following tools were designed to give primary care physicians additional information and resources when discussing alcohol use, depression, and smoking cessation with their patients.

Organized by category, this online toolkit is designed to give medical practitioners the resources needed to identify potential behavioral health concerns and assist in making behavioral health referrals.
