COVID-19 vaccinations

As an employer, we understand and share your interest in helping employees get vaccinated. Independence covers the cost of administering vaccines with no cost-share (such as copays, deductibles, and coinsurance) for members regardless of where they receive the vaccine. We’ve also prepared vaccination questions and answers you can share with employees.

Workplace Ready

There are many considerations when it comes to determining how to return employees safely to the workplace. These include testing options and vaccinations, as well as how to support employees and address their concerns. If you are a large, self-funded group employer, our Workplace Ready program provides information on our many partner programs as well as resources and materials that you can share with your employees.
