Personal Choice® PPO plans
With a Personal Choice Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), you have the freedom to see providers both in- and out-of-network. You’ll pay less when you choose in-network doctors and hospitals and more if you choose to see out-of-network doctors and hospitals. Referrals are not required, so you can visit any specialist. You also have in-network coverage across the U.S. through BlueCard® PPO, which offers the largest network of doctors and hospitals in the country.
