Know Your Mind
Know Your Mind is a mental health public awareness campaign designed to educate the community about symptoms of depression and anxiety, and how to help themselves and others during these emotionally challenging times. Know Your Mind offers advice from a panel of local mental health experts and uses a range of communications platforms and media partnerships to reach communities across the five-county area.

One in five Americans lives with a mental health condition. In times of crisis, people living with mental illness and those who care for them face additional challenges. That’s why, in May 2020, we partnered with the City of Philadelphia to create mindPHLtogether.com, urging people to be “#mindPHL together” and highlighting free, public mental health resources.
The opioid epidemic is the worst drug crisis in our nation's history. Independence is committed to turning the tide on opioid addiction and overdose.
