Find a doctor, specialist, or hospital
You can search for in-network health care providers (doctors or specialists), hospitals, urgent care centers, retail clinics, and more in several ways.
Search online
Use our online Provider Finder to search for in-network:
- Doctors and specialists
- Hospitals
- Urgent care centers
- Retail clinics
- Enter your location and the name of your health plan. (Click All Plans to find your health plan by name.)
- Type in either a specific doctor or hospital, or a particular specialty or condition. Then easily sort and refine your results by:
- Distance
- Gender
- Language(s) spoken
- Select a provider’s profile to view additional information such as affiliations, hospital admitting privileges, medical school attendance, residency completion, board certification status, and quality recognitions.
In-network health care providers
Members of our Keystone 65 HMO plans must use in-network doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers (HCPs).
Members of our Personal Choice 65SM PPO plans may use out-of-network HCPs, but your out-of-pocket costs will be higher.

Find a dentist
All IBX Medicare Advantage members have preventive and diagnostic dental coverage, and most plans have comprehensive dental coverage included in their health plan. To get in-network care, you must use the IBX Medicare Dental Network.
How to find a dentist:
- Click the search link above
- Enter your zip code or address
- Choose a specialty
- Select the IBX Medicare Dental Network from the drop-down menu
Find a vision provider
Routine vision coverage is included in your health plan. To get in-network care, use a Davis Vision provider.
Find a hearing provider
Hearing services must be provided by TruHearing.
To schedule an appointment, call TruHearing at 1-855-541-6173 (TTY/TDD: 711), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
