PA Medicare Advantage plans

IBX Pennsylvania Medicare Advantage plans include all the benefits of Medicare Parts A and B plans — plus valuable extras like vision, dental, and hearing coverage.  Learn all about our Keystone 65 HMO and Personal Choice 65SM PPO Medicare Advantage plans. You can also view the Multi-Language Insert, Summary of Benefits, Star Ratings, enrollment instructions, and download or print an enrollment form.

PA Medicare Supplement Plans

Also called Medigap plans, Medicare Supplement plans cover most of the out-of-pocket costs Original Medicare doesn't pay for, including copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and more. You may view additional details about MedigapFreedom, the Outline of Coverage, and download or print an enrollment form, visit MedigapFreedom plans.

No premium payment is required at the time you apply. Once your application has been processed, we will notify you of your effective date and we'll send your MedigapFreedom identification card, subscription agreement, and other important information.

Our Keystone 65 HMO plans were rated 4.5 out of 5 stars, and our Personal Choice 65 PPO plans were rated 4 out of 5 stars for 2025.

The Medicare Program rates all health and prescription drug plans each year, based on a plan's quality and performance. Medicare Star Ratings help you know how good a job our plan is doing. You can use these Star Ratings to compare our plan's performance to other plans.
