Medical Directors are an essential part of our member services team. Your clinical experience and knowledge can help us ensure that claims are resolved appropriately and that our medical policies are serving our members' needs.

Nurses support our members in so many ways

Registered Nurse Health Coaches play a unique role at IBX. Available 24/7, they answer members' health questions and help them manage chronic or complex health conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, and kidney disease. There are many other critical roles for nurses at Independence, working in policy, informatics, auditing, precertification, and more.
