Know Your Numbers Campaign

Know Your Numbers is a multi-week health education program that encourages your employees to work toward better health by learning about their important health numbers, such as blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, and blood sugar. Program participants have the opportunity to complete biometric screenings — either onsite or with their doctor — to find out critical health information before setting health goals and working to reduce the risk of certain chronic conditions.

Getting Started

Select a program coordinator

As a Program Coordinator, you are taking on the gratifying role of supporting and promoting wellness initiatives at the worksite. The Program Coordinator should be someone who can devote the time required to implement and promote this program.

The Program Coordinator is the person who will set up and advertise the Know Your Numbers campaign throughout the workplace. Use the Know Your Numbers launch plan to get started.
