Healthy Lifestyles Rewards is an incentive-based program that encourages employees and their eligible dependents to develop healthy habits. With the right balance of activities, such as health assessments, preventive screenings, educational tools, and exercise, your employees can learn the importance of taking control of their health. For each healthy activity they complete, employees are awarded points that can be redeemed for gift cards or health account dollars when paired with our BlueSaverSM HRA or BlueSaverSM HSA Solution.
You have the option of choosing from two points-based programs: HLR 50 or HLR 25. Under both programs, 1 point equals $1.
