Doing things on the job besides work is one of the best ways to increase motivation, productivity, and happiness. We offer volunteer projects, identity groups, activities, and clubs.

The Blue Crew is our comprehensive corporate volunteer program. It connects all levels of associates, their families, and retirees with meaningful community service projects and events. With more than 2,140 volunteers providing nearly 6,500 hours of service annually, The Blue Crew is responsible for bringing our social mission to life in the communities we serve.

Associate Resource Groups offer an opportunity for associates who are drawn together by characteristics they may have in common, such as ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, generation, disability, veteran status, or background, to connect and engage with each other and enhance their cultural competence, develop leadership skills, and support the community. Associate Resource Groups include:

  • ABLE (Associates Beyond Limited Expectations)
  • Future Blue Leaders
  • imPACT (Pan Asians and Allies Collaborating Together)
  • iVets
  • Latinos con Proposito (Latinos with Purpose)
  • Multicultural Men’s Group
  • PRIDE (People Recognizing Inclusion, Diversity & Equality)
  • Women of Independence

The Blue Moonlighters are company-sponsored groups designed to give associates opportunities to participate in activities they love with others who share their passion, from running to public speaking.
