Portal Support

Group Portal
As a group administrator or business manager offering Independence Blue Cross health insurance plans, you can safely and conveniently manage your group’s account through our secure online portal at ibx.com/login. With the group portal, secure transactions can be completed quickly and easily. If you have questions navigating the portal or need your password reset, please contact our Portal Support Team at 215-587-0360.

If you are a group administrator or business manager who needs access to the group portal to make enrollment updates, please complete the Portal Access Form and email it to arch@ibx.com or fax it to 215-238-2534.

Enrollment Support

If you have an enrollment transaction that cannot be completed via the group portal, please complete a Benefits Program Enrollment Form and email it to arch@ibx.com. Please clearly indicate the 8-digit medical group number and requested effective date at the top of the form for enrollment submission. This form can be filled in on the computer and printed for signature. Enrollments are processed within 5 – 7 days of receipt.

Billing Support

If you need to update or change your group’s billing contact information, please fill out the Contact Change Request Form below and email it to arch@ibx.com. Updates or changes to a group’s billing contact information may take up to 30 business days to process.
