Ingredients
- 2 bunches of asparagus (cut off ends)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, then place in baking dish and bake for about 8 minutes or to desired texture. Remove from baking dish to avoid carry-over cooking. Place on serving dish; top with orange zest.
