Oven-Roasted ShrimpServes 4

Ingredients

  • 24 large shrimp, shelled and deveined — leave tail on
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Place bag in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to 450°.

Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 6 – 8 minutes. Remove from oven, serve.
