Orange Dijon SalmonServes 4

Ingredients

  • 4, 4 – 5 oz salmon filets
  • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°.

Mix marmalade and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Place salmon on a foil lined baking pan. Spoon and spread the Dijon mixture onto salmon. Bake in oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until desired doneness.
