Sautéed Bok Choy with Ginger and GarlicServes 4
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoons ginger, freshly grated
- 2 pounds bok choy, halved lengthwise
Directions
Add canola oil and garlic to sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add half of bok choy and stir-fry until leaves wilt, about 2 minutes, and then add remaining bok choy and stir-fry until all leaves are bright green and limp, 2 – 3 minutes total. Add soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Toss to combine. Cover and steam for 2 – 3 minutes and serve.
