Wellness Partnership Requirements

To become a Wellness Partner, a company needs to meet the following criteria:

• A company must be a customer of Independence Blue Cross with 100+ employees at one location.
• A company must have a Benefits Administrator or Human Resources representative who will be responsible for program implementation.
• A company must be committed to providing a healthier workplace for your employees.
