Compliance Training

In accordance with a requirement from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), all network providers who treat our Medicare Advantage members must complete annual Medicare Advantage and Part D compliance training in an effort to combat fraud, waste, and abuse. Under this regulation, you must complete the training requirement for 2010 by December 31, 2010. This training requires that you:

  • review policies and laws related to fraud, waste, and abuse;
  • review the CMS disciplinary guidelines for noncompliant or fraudulent behavior;
  • identify and know how to report fraud, waste, and abuse;
  • understand your protections when reporting fraud, waste, and abuse.

Review and confirm your training

Please complete the following two tasks:

  1. Review the compliance training materials.
  2. Provide your electronic signature using the electronic Compliance Certification Form.

Already completed compliance training?

We recognize that many providers are required to complete this training requirement through another organization. If you have already completed CMS compliance training for 2010, you will need to provide your electronic signature using the Compliance Certification Form.
