How can I obtain a PCP Billable List?

  • Select Policies & Guidelines from the left navigation menu.
  • Select Medical Policy.
  • Review the Terms and Conditions policy, then in the upper right hand corner select Accept and Go to Medical Policy Online to proceed.
  • Enter the keyword “PCP” in the Search field, and click GO.
  • Select Services Paid Above Capitation for Health Maintenance Organization Primary Care Physicians.
