IBC has introduced a new section on the NaviNet web portal for providers interested in the Physician Practice Connections® — Patient-Centered Medical Home (PPC-PCMH) program offered by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Located on our Plan Central page, this section provides IBC news and announcements related to PCMH, as well as links to resources that will help you learn more about the program. As previously communicated, IBC is recognized by NCQA as a sponsor for PPC-PCMH. As a program sponsor, NCQA offers a 20 percent discount on the Full Survey price to practices with a PPC-PCMH designation that are participating with IBC.
