Changes to the Provider Automated System are postponed until December

In the November edition of Partners in Health UpdateSM, we announced that we would be updating our interactive Provider Automated System, available through 1-800-ASK-BLUE.

Please note that these updates have been delayed until mid-December due to the need for further testing. We will update you on our progress here on our website, on NaviNet Plan Central, and in the next edition of Partners in Health Update.
