Effective August 1, 2011, IBC will transition its prescription mail order service vendor for all members with IBC prescription drug coverage, administered by FutureScripts®.
To prepare for this transition, remember to update your PDAs and auto–fax programs with the new FutureScripts mail order fax numbers:
