29th Annual Blue Cross Broad Street Run
For the 29th year in a row, the Blue Cross Broad Street Run was held on the first Sunday in May — May 4, 2008 — at 8:30 a.m. The race, with its flat and fast course through several neighborhoods along Broad Street, remains the second-largest ten-mile race in the nation.
