A record-breaking 15,882 runners crossed the finish line in last year’s Blue Cross Broad Street Run. Among the thousands of runners were more than 5,000 members of IBC health plans. New course records were also set in 2007 including Patrick Cheriuyot who finished with a time of 45:14 – the fastest 10-mile time ever recorded in the United States!
