Members with mail-order benefits also have access to a convenient online resource from Caremark, our mail-order pharmacy, which allows you to manage your account.
Caremark services allow you to:
- Refill mail-order prescriptions.
- Track mail-order prescriptions.
These features are available, through ibxpress, to members with a pharmacy benefit plan.
