Nutrition Counseling
Our Nutrition Counseling benefit covers up to six visits per year with a participating registered dietitian or network physician at no cost to you!

Healthy Lifestyles^SM Programs
Our Healthy Lifestyles programs are designed to educate and encourage healthy behavior through active participation. Our most popular programs offer reimbursement for completing fitness, weight management, and smoking cessation programs.

Connections^SM Health Management Programs
Connections provides information and support to encourage members to take an active role in their care. This program supports members who have everyday health concerns, in addition to those with more serious chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or heart conditions.

Case Management
Case management provides members with health management support. It is a free and confidential program offered to members who are experiencing complex health issues or challenges.

Health Information
Our goal is to provide members with the information they need to become educated consumers of health and medical services. So we provide information from nationally recognized health sources on general health and safety, family health, and seasonal topics.

Our enhanced online provider quality ratings help you make informed decisions about your provider options.

Blue Distinction^SM Centers
The Blue Distinction program gives consumers access to quality information they need to make informed decisions about specialty care, including weight loss (bariatric surgery), cardiac care, and transplant services. Through the Blue Distinction Center designation, consumers can identify facilities that have extensive experience in these services, meet rigorous quality standards, and consistently demonstrate positive results.
