Senior Administrative Assistant
Location:

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant in our conveniently located Center City Philadelphia location. The Assistant will be responsible for coordinating schedules, preparing letters, memos and reports, answering phones, arranging meetings, distributing incoming mail, copying, maintaining department files, and ensuring adequate supplies are ordered for the department.
Responsibilities:

Maintains multiple databases.

Prepares check requests, expense reports, purchase authorizations, and technology requests.

Monitors office equipment repairs, including fax machines and copiers within budget guidelines.

Performs other duties and assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/equivalent, with a minimum of four years experience as an administrative assistant required. Strong organizational, oral and written communications skills required. Ability to work independently when completing deadline-oriented tasks required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to prioritize assignments and interact with all levels of management. Customer-focused professionalism required.
