A debit card is an optional feature with BlueSaverSM HRAs.² Employers decide whether this feature is offered.

A debit card may be used to pay for PDF icon eligible medical and prescription drug copayment expenses. A debit card may not be used at the point of service for deductible and/or coinsurance expenses.
