BlueSaver Debit Card

A debit card is an optional feature with BlueSaverSM FSAs. Employers determine whether this feature is offered. A debit card is not offered with our dependent-care flexible spending accounts.

A debit card may be used to pay for eligible medical and prescription drug copayment expenses. A debit card may not be used at the point of service for deductible and coinsurance expenses.
