Independence Blue Cross’ consumer driven health plans include Personal Choice^® High Deductible Health Plans, Flex Deductible Series, and Flex Copay Series products, which provide varying levels of employee cost-sharing to create a benefit plan that meets the needs of employers of all sizes.
