Tax credits — Your business may be eligible for tax credits up to 35 percent of your annual premium costs if:

• You have fewer than 25 full–time employees (not counting owners, family members, partners, shareholders, and sole proprietors).
• You pay your employees (not counting owners or family members) less than $50,000 on average.
• Your company pays for at least 50 percent of your employees’ health care costs.
