Wellness Partners^®

The Wellness Partners program provides access to a professionally trained staff of health educators, public health professionals, and medical personnel who will provide recommendations on how to identify an employer group population’s modifiable health risks.

A dedicated health promotion coordinator assists in the development and implementation of a comprehensive wellness program that targets those health risks.

The Wellness Partners program consists of a comprehensive menu of tools and services in multiple delivery formats to meet the needs of employees in a variety of worksite environments.

A Wellness Partnership is comprised of the following services:

Dedicated health promotion professional providing ongoing support
Wellness team support
Assessments and survey tools to collect data
Comprehensive portfolio of services and resources
Evaluation and reporting
HIPAA and GINA compliant
