COBRA

The COBRA Manual was prepared for the group customers of IBC as a guide to the federal legislation which requires employers to offer continuing health insurance to employees and dependents who would otherwise lose their coverage. The publication is for general informational purposes only and is not to be taken as legal or tax advice.
