COVID-19 website. All of the care and services we’ve made available for members can be found on our COVID-19 resource page. Coverage for furloughed staff. To support you during this challenging time, we are honoring requests to continue coverage for employees who are furloughed or temporarily laid off.
Offering premium relief. Customers who are unable to pay their premium may temporarily pay by credit card using our eBill system. For businesses experiencing extreme hardship, please contact your broker or account representative to discuss options. Brokers should log in to the Sales Portal for more information.
Small business loans. For business loan and grant information, visit The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia website. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce also has many resources to guide small businesses.
