As your employees meet the eligibility criteria developed by the federal, state, and local governments and the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and regional Departments of Health, Independence will cover the cost of vaccine administration.
There are many considerations when it comes to determining how to return employees safely to the workplace. These include testing options and vaccinations, as well as how to support employees and address their concerns. If you are a large, self-funded group employer, our Workplace Ready program provides information on our many partner programs as well as resources and materials that you can share with your employees.
