How each health care dollar is spent

For every premium dollar we received in 2024, 86¢ was spent on members' medical and pharmacy claims, 12¢ on operations and investments, and 3¢ on taxes. This total of 101¢ means we operated at a slight loss of 1¢ in 2024, not at a profit.
