Known for simple, results-driven techniques, Kimberly Garrison is a leading fitness expert with a holistic approach to motivating people to achieve amazing things.
A personal trainer (she’s the founder and president of 1-on-1 Ultimate Fitness, LLC), columnist, motivational speaker, and mom, Kimberly is dedicated to helping others achieve overall wellness and a balanced, healthier life.
