Actuarial Development Program
The Independence Actuarial Development Program is a unique career development opportunity designed to:

The program offers:
- Rotations throughout the Actuarial Department and Independence
- Salary and grade-level increases based on progress and exams passed
- Payment for many of the fees and material costs associated with attaining Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation, including examination registration fees, study materials, and seminar expenses
- Semi-annual review sessions with managers and the program facilitator
- Study time and expense reimbursement
