Taking Care of Your Body: Exercise

This 25-minute course will teach you how to use exercise to reduce your risk of chronic disease, relieve stress, achieve a healthy body weight, and reduce symptoms of depression.

The online seminar provides you with the flexibility to take the course when it is most convenient for you. You will be able to check what you have learned with assessment questions throughout the course. Once you finish, a Certificate of Completion will be available for you to print as proof of participation.
