We invite local organizations, community groups, non-profits and businesses to complete the Independence LIVE Space Request Form if you would like to hold your next board meeting, brainstorming session, educational seminar, or non-profit event at Independence LIVE.
Space at Independence LIVE can be reserved Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If your event extends beyond our standard business hours, please note this in the Event Start and End Time and Description of Event sections and we will evaluate whether we can accommodate your request. Please note that due to the high demand of scheduling needs, we cannot accommodate requests received less than 15 business days prior to the planned meeting or event. All requests will receive a response within 3-4 business days.
