IBC Adult Dental
For groups with 2-50 employees
Choose IBC Adult Dental to Complement Your Medical Plans
Affordable, cost-effective dental care can help your employees and their families improve and maintain their oral and overall health. You can add an IBC Adult Dental plan to any Blue Solutions,® health plan* to offer the most comprehensive coverage.
All IBC Adult Dental plans include a large network of dentists, and members never need a claim form when using a participating provider. Plus, IBC Adult Dental plans are designed to encourage prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment. To enable all family members to have dental coverage, choose an IBC Adult Dental PPO stand-alone plan or Keystone Adult DHMO rider.
IBC Adult Plus and Preventive Dental PPO Plans
If you offer your employees a Blue Solutions PPO — including plans with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) — you can choose to add either the Plus or Preventive Adult Dental PPO plans. Your employees will have access to more than 60,000 providers in the Concordia Advantage national network, which will help them better control their out-of-pocket costs. Members can choose to receive services from any dentist. For out-of-network services, members can be billed for charges over plan allowances, which may be significant.
Most diagnostic and preventive services like annual exams and cleanings are 100-percent covered. Discounts are available for non-covered services from participating network providers.
Keystone Adult DHMO Rider
If you offer your employees a Blue Solutions HMO or POS plan, you can add the Keystone Adult DHMO rider. Employees will select a Primary Dental Office (PDO) in the Keystone DHMO Network. Each family member can select a different PDO, and treatment from specialty providers requires a PDO referral. Diagnostic and preventive services, like exams and cleanings, are fully covered once every six months.
*All Blue Solutions plans include pediatric dental coverage for enrolled dependents up to age 19. Plans offered through the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) exclude pediatric dental coverage.
Benefits administered by United Concordia, an independent company.
