Wellness Partnership Requirements

To become a Wellness Partner, the following criteria need to be met:

  • The company must be a customer of Independence Blue Cross (IBC) with 100+ employees at one location.
  • The company must have a representative who will be responsible for program implementation.
  • The company must be committed to providing a healthier workplace for it’s employees.
