The Select Drug Program^® Formulary is available for your Palm^®OS and Pocket PC Personal Digital Assitants (PDAs). FREE version available for Palm OS and Pocket PC devices.

Health care providers can instantly access the Select Drug Program formulary on their handheld or desktop computers by using one of the Epocrates drug reference applications. These products combine up-to-date formulary information with robust clinical information found in the Epocrates drug reference guide.

The Epocrates applications provide access to:

• Independence Blue Cross Select Drug Program information;
• copay tiers, prior authorization requirements, and other benefit limits;
• therapeutic alternatives and generic substitutes;
