Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO Plan Offerings for 2010

Independence Blue Cross has made some changes to the products it is now offering, effective January 1, 2010. As we have stated in previous editions of Partners in Health Update^SM, unprecedented decreases in government reimbursement for Medicare Advantage plans have led to our decision to not renew some plans for 2010.
