Elimination of Authorization Approval Confirmation Letters for NaviNet-enabled ProvidersIBC is changing the way we notify providers of authorization approvals. As of November 16, we will no longer send notification of approved authorization requests through the mail to NaviNet-enabled providers. Instead, NaviNet-enabled providers can determine the status of their authorization requests through either the NaviNet® web portal or the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
