IBC is changing the way we notify providers of authorization approvals. As of November 16, we will no longer send notification of approved authorization requests through the mail to NaviNet-enabled providers. Instead, NaviNet-enabled providers can determine the status of their authorization requests through either the NaviNet® web portal or the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
