New Credentialing Procedure Effective January 1, 2010

Beginning January 1, 2010, IBC will mandate the use of the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) electronic credentialing application for new providers. The CAQH electronic credentialing application is free to providers and available on the CAQH website. Providers interested in participating in our network should call the Network Credentialing Support Services Hotline at 215-241-4120.
