A new Hospital Manual for Participating Hospitals, Ancillary Facilities, and Ancillary Providers (Hospital Manual) is now available through NaviNet®An updated Hospital Manual for Participating Hospitals, Ancillary Facilities, and Ancillary Providers (Hospital Manual) is now available through NaviNet. The new Hospital Manual has been enhanced, expanded, and updated to include valuable resources and pertinent information regarding our policies, procedures, and programs for hospitals, ancillary facilities, and ancillary providers. This comprehensive new Hospital Manual is a complete replacement of the prior Hospital Manual, 2005 edition, as revised. It also replaces any ancillary provider-specific provider manuals, such as the Ambulatory Surgical Center, Renal Dialysis Center, and Skilled Nursing Facility manuals (The Provider Manual for Participating Professional Providers remains unchanged and is also available through NaviNet). The Hospital Manual consists of a series of easy-to-navigate PDFs that are organized into color-coded sections. Within those sections are links that will take you to important information, such as our Companion Guides, with a simple click of your mouse.
