Provider News Center
The Provider News Center is produced by Independence Blue Cross and its affiliates (IBC) and is created to provide valuable information to the IBC-participating provider community. This site may include notice of changes or clarifications to administrative policies and procedures that are related to the covered services provided in accordance with participating professional provider, hospital, or ancillary provider/ancillary facility contracts with IBC. Suggestions are welcome.
Independence Blue Cross offers products directly, through its subsidiaries Keystone Health Plan East and QCC Insurance Company, and with Highmark Blue Shield — independent licensees of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
