Senior Administrative Assistant

We currently have an opportunity in our conveniently located Center City Philadelphia location for a Senior Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibilities for the Assistant will include: coordinating schedules, preparing letters, memos and reports, answering phones, arranging meetings, distributing incoming mail, copying, maintaining department files, and ensuring adequate supplies are ordered for the department.
Responsibilities:

Orders and maintains all computer equipment as well as ensuring all departmental personnel have required system access.

Prepares check requests, expense reports, purchase authorizations, and technology requests.

Monitors office equipment repairs, including fax machines and copiers, within budget guidelines.

Performs other duties and assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to learn other office-related programs are required, as well as organizational skills. Experience in MS Project and Visio a plus. Ability to schedule multiple meetings and accommodations for multiple stakeholders in MS Outlook required.
