Senior Production Support Analyst (EDI)

We currently have an opportunity in our conveniently located Center City Philadelphia location for a Senior Support Business Analyst. The Analyst must possess a unique blend of technical skill and business process savvy in order to deal with deployment issues that can arise which necessitate frequent interaction with IT, Production, HR, and Marketing units (both internal and external). The working environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with timeline sensitive deliverables.
Responsibilities:

Candidate will interact with Customers, Brokers, and TPAs on a daily basis and will be responsible for the testing and deployment of eBusiness EDI customers.

The main eBusiness applications involved are the EDI Portal, EDI Customer Application, File Interface, and the existing mainframe-based EDI system (METS and ANSI 834)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information preferred. In lieu of a degree, five plus years working experience utilizing data management skills in a fast-paced business environment is required. Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office tools, SQL, and PMO standards is required. Excellent problem solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management is required. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and communicate complex ideas and concepts to a wide variety of audiences. Previous EDI experience is preferred, including knowledge of ANSI 834 transactions.
